Message from our Director, Professor Jonathan Carapetis
When people ask me what sets the
Telethon Institute apart from other research organisations the
answer is easy - it's the people who work here.
The breadth and diversity of our child health research teams is
outstanding. From our lab based scientists, to our clinicians, to
our population health specialists we are able to work together not
only to conduct great research but to produce great outcomes and
present meaningful research that really does make a difference to
our children's future.
The people who support our research teams are equally passionate
about making a difference and as a team we are determined that the
work we do really matters.
We are a research institute like no other thanks to the people who
are here and the life-changing work we do.
